I guess I got dropped from the list, I appreciate the notice. I'm sort of wondering what happen, but whatever. I was sort of baffled by the invite anyway, its Team Badass, and I suck.
Well goodluck to ya'll, it looks like you guys got a pretty good team, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the winners circle.

i'm going to refrain from saying what i would like to in order to not drop down to the maturity level you've set the bar at, but i will say that when i received this at 5:00pm, i had already talked to the other team's captain and ok'd everything through him:

nowhere in that PM did you make sure, or verify, that i was still interested, you just signed me up. mistake number one. how was i supposed to know, that with me, and the other 2 or 3 people in the forumn that were interested, that you would pick me? i also need verification. and i know this is mainly caused by a lack of communication due to time zone differences. but calling me out, like it's my fault and i purposely did this to you and "wishing bad karma" on me is a little adolescent if you ask me. i could have been a prick about it and just stiffed you and said don't count me on your team, but i went out and pm'd people telling them of your dilemna, trying to fill the hole that this entire fiasco caused.
i do wish Team Badass luck. like i said earlier, i hope there are no hard feelings. i took every chance as soon as i knew i was on team underexposed to let you know, and you even messaged me back saying "i dind't get the pm, mate, heading out of town" and it could have all been solved then. not my fault.

Hey Id been in a car all day and came home to that I was very very angry considering I had pm'd you telling you You were on the team..

Like I said earlier in the thread i was waiting confimation from you and scaredspirit but I dont have the patience to wait as the team slots were filling up i clearly stated I was freaking out because we weren't complete

Seriously, its hardly a mature attitude to stamp ones feet and say "I'm leaving"..
Obviously the usual crowd will come out cooing and saying "Oooo Amy, dont let the nasty men get you down, you're great etc etc."...
Amy, its called "stating a fact".. if you dont like it, and cant handle it, then dont take on responsibility of running a team. simple as.
Seems like a new team for Next season could well be Jrowe, Rex & I.. any other takers?

Heh Im not leaving, Ive handled the responsibility of running the team before but it seems this time round theres a few trouble makers around ready to spit in anyones face..
Now its not MY fault I didnt get the PM's because I always check my email for them so hell Im going to blame dpc for that
I just don't like BS I don't have the paitence for it I also don't have the paitence for slow people who can't be bothered chasing up there own team threads to confirm that they definately want in because the threads are always lurking out there you just have to get up off your arse to find them

it's not our business if you had a bad day or not, but it is our business if you talk down to us like we're two years old because of this bad day. yes, you're 18, but you're dealing with people who are trying to have a good time and grow photographically together. getting jumped on by the likes of you is the last thing i want to have to deal with on this great site.

i was nice, curteous, and even helped try to find someone to fill my spot since it was prematurely filled by you, w/out confirming with me. i got no message of saying "are you still interested", just "i added you you're on" quote unquote. not trying to be a jerk, i'm glad i am not on your team now, b/c the way you talked to xxrozxx...who do you think you are? bad day or no bad day, you have absolutely no respect for anyone.
all i have to say is good luck in the WPL4. i hope your team is able to pull it together despite of their captain's bad attitude.
seriously. i can get along with anyone, and i apologize if i stepped over the line, which i don't feel i did, but my god grow up before you start trying to disrespect fellow photographers. this site is for fun. so let's have some fun, and fight it out on the scoreboard. |

i saw your tower bridge shots you mentioned, and your london eye shot was great as well.
i love walking up and down that part of the river, here is a link to a shot i took yesterday on the thames  that i think came out ok.
