Hi. I dont really have a studio or anything that resembles one. I'd like to see pics of your studio set up at home. I need ideas since I really dont know anything about it and I'm pretty new to the whole photography thing. Thanks in advance!

Last night while shooting for the Office challenge I stumbled upon a great material for difusing light....fanfold insulation. I had it left from when I renovated my house. So what I did is set it up like this and shone a 500 watt light into it. What struck me was the the lack of shadow that it produced. However, that's hardly enough light without using a slower shutter. Here's a quick shot I took to illustrate: //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=24120. Forgive me for the shot, I didn't use a tripod and the only post processing was autolevels and crop. Just wanted to illustrate the lack of shadows. Hope this helps.

I also meant to say that the side I used has a foil/clear plastic film backing. That's what produced the diffusion effect.
