I have to create a recorded demo presentation at work, one that can record me using an application and also record my voice talking about what I'm doing. Something like Adobe Presenter, but not necessarily so glamorous.
I wondered if anyone knows of any FREEware that will let me do this?

Camtasia was very good when I tried it out. It's expensive though.
ETA: oops, missed the 'free' bit! - I'll take a look at the link you posted.

Sort of. It combines static screenshots into a video. The rendering software creates the illusion of the mouse moving between the two points. That's good enough for me. It also makes the final flash movie file size MUCH smaller.
