Set the DVR for the Leibovitz one and was disappointed it wasn't being broadcast in HD.
I have the CAPA one saved (in HD) and it is excellent.
It also gives a nice history of the Paris street shooters of the 30s and 40s who founded Magnum (Bresson, Capa others).
Capa had quite a life.
Very well done. |

Did you check the site linked below? They are showing it several times in HD here...maybe they are near you as well? |

I checked via my guide on the cable box - about 4 days out and just saw the low def listings.
Weird b/c they usually broadcast the HD version in prime time what is being shown on the SD channel but last night both SD Annie broadcasts coincided with the Capa HD broadcasts.
Will check the link to see if it lists one in the coming weeks, thanks. |

Checked and it isn't being broadcast in HD.
I called the station and they said they don't even see it on the schedule as ever or scheduled to be sent in HD.
Are you sure it wasn't just on the PBS digital channel, not the PBS HD?
She was skeptical of it being in HD as our local station passes thru everything sent from PBS.
Regardless, will check it out this weekend.

There was so much in the documentary that I'm going to have to watch it again (especially since I was simultaneous surfing the forums here). Thanks, again! I'm gonna have to pay more attention to PBS again. |

Just watched it myself. A little short but still a great program. My friend at KQED (San Francisco -PBS station) meet her and she was thinking about going all digital. |
She was probably there for this episode of The Josh Kornbluth Show.
Here's the program's home page at PBS
PBS usually (eventually) has these programs for sale on DVD for about $20.
PS: Not there yet, but I did find this show on Alfred Stieglitz
