Is there any way to make the same adjustment to a number of different photos all at once?

For example if I have a folder with 100 photo and I want to adjust brightness the same on all 100 do I have to open up each photo, make adjustment and save it or can I do the same adjustment on all 100 at once?

You can do this in batch process. Just make a script of what you your process you want to do to your images and then pick the images it will batch then batch process these images. You can find this feature by clicking on the file menu.
