Did a couple of family portraits with xmass, anyone want to comment on them?





I used a not flashing 60w lamp with a softbox around it, and a small spot pointed at the wall. All shot with 50mm

The background light looks ok.
Just my opinion, but they do not look very relaxed.
No one is smiling, just my thoughts..

I kinda like them. Nothing looks fake and they are different from the norm.

As long as you were NOT going for the traditional stale boring family portraits, these are wonderful. They are unique and artsy (is that even a word). And, if the viewer takes the time to look, they are nicely detailed, well exposed and from my perspective quite interesting.
