#1: To participate in at least three challenges a week all year long.
#2: To get a score of 6+
#3: To have photos added to 20 people's favorites
#4: To become super good at Photoshop CS so I can do what I mean to.
#5: To aquire (by any means necessary hehehe) some lenses for my Kodak P880. (I really need a telephoto and a wide angle)
#6: To ribbon
#7: To find a DPC mentor
I think it is skill more than luck so I am going to work my *ss off!

My primary ambition is to develop enough interest in the challenges to begin participating again.
During the course of the last year I have seen my interest in challenges waning dramatically, a factor which in all probability is due to the fact that I take and submit mediocre images.
Perhaps this year will renew my interests.

#1. Take control of 80% of the A520 page. :)
#2. To get in the top 20 at least twice.
#3. The first four pictures of my profile must all be in the 6s.
Might be hard to achieve, but hey, anythings possible. |

My goals for 2007 (which were my goals for 2006 & 2005) are:
1) score a 7.00
2) Get a ribbon (not brown)
3) Move my average vote received up.

ok, I finalized my goals (for now) and put them on my profile:
DPC 2007 Goals:
1. Have one of my pictures selected as  GeneralE's favorite! (still trying from 2006)
2. Beat  Larus in a challenge and then do the superiority dance.
3. Beat DrAchoo in a challenge and then act like it's no big deal.
4. Watch a Team Sucker get a ribbon.
5. Be imitated in a challenge.
6. Be mistaken for bucket, agenkin,  e301, jjbeguin, Diane Arbus or Man Ray.
7. Be recognized in a challenge.
8. Be accused of being not photographic enough during a challenge.

I would like to make top 10 in a challenge.. makka is always reminding me that he has a little star in his profile but I don't.. So make that 2 or more top 10's for me ;)...

Well I don´t think I´ll be spending as much time here in 2007 as I did 2006 so I toned down my goals a bit this year.
My goals for 2007
Enter at least 26 challenges + all free studies this year
Complete this photo a week project
2 entries score above 7.4417 so I get a couple new photos in my top 8
Collect 4 ribbons or more
Make my 100th critique club comment Only 16 made so far...

Oh what the heck, might as well join in on the fun!
1.) Enter at least 25 challenges
2.) Score 6.0+ on a basic editing challenge
3.) Score 6.0+ on an advanced editing challenge
4.) Have at least 5 images added to someone's favorite list
5.) Place in the top 10 on a challenge
Lowly goals but I think very doable :) |

| Added one goal, to get my total Critique Club comments up to 100, am at 16 now so that is about 1 1/2 a week, that should be doable :) |

being less obsessed about edits, spending little less time on one
photograph.

Get a 7.x
Wash my car
Get a lense of some quality
Sell a print - Did late last year, so I am X it off.
Enter 50 Challenges for the year
Meet a couple of the DPC'ers from the site
Learn more DP Challonian
Get a bigger memory card
get 6.x scores on 25 entries in 07'
Grow hair and become the hot spokes model for DPC
Teach my 5 year old son to shoot some photos and get him an account
Teach my 2 year old son to use the potty
stop driking soda
get 1/2 of the way through school
go on a backpack hike and sleep right at timberline for some early morning shots |
