I sent an validation request earlier through today (around 6:00pm). I used the help > Contact Us > DPChallenge - General Inquiry. I provided the reason I wanted the SC to see if it was valid, listed my steps, and attached my submission file.

My question is how long does it usually take to get a reply that they received my request? Or did I send it to the right place? I don't want it to go into the challenge tomorrow night and take a chance of a DQ without validation.

You sent it to the right place. It can take as little as a couple hours, typically takes about a day, and could take 2 days to get some kind of consensus. Depends on a lot of things, like how many of us are available and online, how difficult the call is, how many other urgent things are going on, etcetera.

Thank you for your response. I just hope it can get an answer before the challenge begins tomorrow night.

One way or another, we'll get you an answer with time to spare. If push comes to shove I'll give you my individual opinion, which I'm pretty confident would reflect a consensus in this particular instance. We won't let it slip thru the cracks!
