hey everyone... i created a public calendar on google calendar that lists the current challenges. it is titled "DPC challenges" (no, technically that's not redundant since DPC is the name of the site). please feel free to subscribe. right now, i have listed for each challenge the title, followed by whether it is open/member, and the editing set allowed. i'll attempt to keep this fairly up to date.
this may be of limited interest to most people, but for those who find google calendar as useful as i do you may find this useful. even if you subscribe to this calendar, it doesn't have to be displayed at all times if you find it distracting. |

It could be doubled to list outings as well...if you so wish.
Edit: grammar

I don't get it...isn't this information right on the main page? Why go to two pages when you only have to go to one? You know you are going to navigate to DPC anyway...

I don't personally see the point in it, but if you find value in it you need to make it legal by asking D&L permission first (if you haven't already). Setting your site as a 'middle-man', so to speak, for DPC may be considered a violation of Section 4.3 and definitely Section 4.6 of this sites Registered Users Agreement.

oh, well... the idea was that it would be a quick reference for those that use google calendar. since it seems to have a limited audience, and apparently wasn't working for some, i'm just gonna shift this from my public calendar list back to my private calendars... sorry about the confusion and for the wasted bandwidth... |
