I'm falling behind a bit on comments and want to catch up. I like to keep my given higher than my received.

So, who wants comments on portraits? Post me a pic or two.

any in my portfolio here. I have some model shoots coming up and need to make sure I am doing ok.

Hey James!

Oh, doin the holidays routine - you know the deal... that, & staying up late editing pics for our fist real customers!

Hey Leroy, I'm at work. Could you go to my smugmug site and look at the army portraits I dont like the light on the right side of the face. If you have time to look at the senior pics would be cool too. The senior portraits are a little reddish haven't had time to fix them.....any advice would be cooool.......Thanks.ace

As far as the Army pics go, you just need to balance your Fill and Key lights a bit more. Lower the power on your key light just a bit.

The Red color on the Senior pics is often a problem (especially with digital) just do an overall desat of about 10% or desat the red channel just a bit.

Thanks for the comment.

The light sources are two reading lamps on both sides of me.. They are awfully yellow so I had to WB.

Was going to be my free study entry, but it was determined illegal so I thought I would post to get some feedback. This was my second attempt to shoot headshots. My first was my sons, and those came out ok, but blurry because they WON'T STOP MOVING!
