Just found this great little deal at Argos - if you buy the Hitachi HDC-551 along with the memory card and leather case, the entire bundle is just under £40, compared the usual £75 for the camera alone. They're out of stock for delivery, but you should be able to collect in-store easily...

You need to add all 3 into your basket to get the offer (scroll to the bottom of the linked page for info).

Unfortunately this popped up on the MoneySavingExpert forums today which means hundreds of people trying to buy 5, 10 or more cameras at a time.
All my local stores are showing "unable to check stock" and somebody posted that before that happened they were showing as out of stock across the entire North West.
There'll be plenty on eBay next week though. |
