Hello,

Just got a digi pic frame. All is well except that every shot has a yellowish/green tint to them. This tint is not present in cam or in photoshop.

The frame is a 4x6 and cost about $100. There is no reference on the net or in the instructions as to a solution.

Any ideas?

Merry Christmas

Check whether your images have a color profile embedded. It should probably be in sRGB, but that info should be available with the frame.

Try making up a test image, on an 18% gray background, with:
-solid blocks of R-G-B color
-solid blocks of C-M-Y-K color
-solid white
-gray blocks in 10% increments
-a grayscale gradient (white-to-black)
-a sample photo image (can be tiny); preferably with skin-tones and/or "memory colors" such as French's Mustard yellow or Campbell's Soup can red

Save versions with various color profiles, and see which one has the least color-cast, then try setting your photo images to that profile.
