I am finally back to DPC (not that anyone noticed I'm sure) after a nightmare of bad customer service. My Fuji had been giving me problems. I constantly had a shake warning and none of my pictures were clear. So I went to the unnamed department store to cash in on my camera's service warranty. First they told me they were going to send the camera off for two weeks, then they said, well you qualify for a new camera so go talk to blah blah in the camera department. Soooo...I go back and talk to blah blah and he sees the Fuji and goes "Oh, a Fuji, yeah well we have problems with those all the time. Yeah the hardware just sucks with Fuji" Needless to say I wanted to grab the guy and shake him. Now considering this company does not work on commision I don't know why they would not have mentioned it to me when I asked them about the Fuji. Grrrr.... So after 45 minutes of waiting they did give me a new camera, so I guess I was customarily satisfied hehehe. It's just the point. Anyway, that's my rant for this week.
