This question was asked probably before, but I'm just plain lazy - not in the mood for searching - hoping somebody knows the answer by heart ;-)

About expert editing:

- can I copy / paste parts of the image?

- can I make the image larger (with copied material)?

if no - no, I have to pull out my entry again :(

thanks :)

Han, you can do anything you want as long as you shot the images within the challenge deadlines.

You may not:
#add graphics or clip art images to your entry or its border during editing.

#add text or any legible characters to your entry or its border during editing. This includes copyright statements.

#submit a photograph depicting male or female genitalia, or acts of sex deemed inappropriate by a majority of the Site Council.

Other than that, you are free to do anything you so desire :-) And no, not a stupid question.

I asked something along these lines for the last challenge and got this reply:

In the Expert rules, you're allowed to layer multiple images however you want, as long as all the source images used were taken by yourself during the challenge submission period.

Under Expert editing, is it ok to use multiple images that don't match "corner to corner"? That is, is it ok if the additional image(s) are layered so that, before any cropping, their edges do not line up with the edges of the original? Thought I'd ask since this isn't explicitly outlined in the rules description.
