Light areas feel blown out, image feels soft, highlights on lips seem excessive, overall color cast is a sickly yellow. But otherwise the pose and the lighting are very nice :-)

I also did a quickie on it, but had trouble doing anything at all on it, as I just wanted to sit and stare...
Oh wait - I did do a little, and hope you don't mind.
I think her skin was just a touch too light and dropped the levels in the midtones a bit globally and history brushed back in her hair, eyes and under & over the eyes, and mouth. I did a touch of sharpening on her hair and raised the brightness & contrast just a touch on her Irises, as well as softened the texture in a couple areas on her skin.

Ok, how do you drop the levels in the midtones?

Image, Adjustments, Levels, grabbed the middle slider under the histogram and shifted just slightly to the right.
Think I dropped it to around 0.88 to 0.84 or somewhere in between them and
then used a soft brush with teh history tool to restore the areas inside the red sections:
The eyes was a new layer via copy, Elliptical Marquis tool to draw a circle around one Iris, hold Shift key and draw around the second one. Raised the brightness about 20% & contrast about 10%, deselected, then used the eraser tool to erase everything outside of the Iris & flattened. Manual sharpnesss tool at about 20% strength, and did the eyes and hair.

Ok... I think I got pretty close to your edit, Brad.... Thanks again for the help!
Although, I think I still need to adjust the contrast on the eyes more....
