I was in Tampa for 2 short weeks (short because I worked long hours) but had an opportunity to shoot a friend on the beach. All comments, suggestions, complaints welcome. EDIT: I forgot to add that this was the first time I used fill flash into the sunset.
I am not very good at comments, but will try to repay my indebtedness!
(I already owe jutilda a couple and a couple of others one!)

Thanks Brad. I am using elements 4 and will try your processes. If they don't work with elements I'll give you a pm for advice. :-) I appreciate the feedback. |

OK Brad, here is the original, not even USM, just resize for web.
Then I followed your instructions to the letter from the original, not my previously edited version. (working on a laptop with the touchpad sucks) Here's what I came up with and I think I did pretty good. Thanks for the tips, first time I have used layers for exposure levels, only used them for gaussian blur and the like.
