Just got one of these today off of E-Bay.

Does anyone know where I can get the manual for it. Also, has anyone used it/thoughts on it?

I've used it - the main thing to realize is that with digital EOS cameras it can only be used in manual mode. (no E-TTL metering). For the film cameras, it is an excellent choice. If you are doing studio shots with it, and you have time to set it up correctly, it's a fine flash. But for any dynamic shooting, it is complicated.

This will tell you all you wanted to know about EOS Flash photography (and a lot of stuff you didn't even know you wanted to know too)
