Yes, I convert to SRGB before even working on my image (in PS7) so I do not forget to do this before uploading.

But ...if safari makes your images look better, you most likely don't have them saved in the sRGB mode (because if they were they would probably look the same in every browser, because this is how the other browser views those images) ..

...so make sure you are converting the profile before uploading the images.
