During a few of my challenges, I've received comments saying my photo's were good, but I should of taken advantage of the size. Before I resize, the picture is like 3000 x 3000. I after I'm done processing, I resize it to challenge requirements (the 170 x 640, or whatever). What could I be doing wrong. I am resizing by pixel, right? I'm fairly new to all this so I could very well be dong something wrong :)

Maybe they're referring to an entry you have in the Sky challenge? There is a special limit for that one, 720pix, which I forgot to take advantage of myself and am really kicking myself for.

Oh ya, you'll also want to take advantage of the byte size, 150. Use the save for web function and choose that size after resizing the pixels.

In this shot, for example, your longest side is 480.
This tutorial might help you if you're having difficulty resizing.
