I figured the US folk wouldn't be able to follow along.
Dear Shez is talking about the International Cricket Test match that is currently going on in Australia.
England vs Australia. Playing for "The Ashes" Great rivalry exists between the Pommies (Australian slang for English) and the Aussies. Both in cricket and Rugby.

No problem! One of the joys of sharing an international site like this, is you get to hear things about stuff you don't normally come across!

I thought you Pommies had it in the bag yesterdy as you put up a real fight re the bowling to get us all out for 244.....
I will keep you all posted re the scores, whenever it seems appropriate.
At the moment Australia is still bowling, and England is still 6 for 116.....
Opps....... 7 for 128.......

Not looking good is it... I would have hoped we could at least manage a draw.
Look forward to seeing the latest in the morning
Thanks Shez! |

Ok, this is the 3rd day of the cricket "Ashers" Test, re England and Australia.
Day results so far, & it doesn't look to good for the Ponmmies, as Australia declared for 5 wickets for 527 runs.
The Pommies are just about to start again re batting, but it doesn't look to good for them.
Aussies are on a roll.....

England also lost there first wicket at the start of the nest innings and were at one stage, 1 for 0.....
I think I would stay in bed all day, if I were you.....
