I was going to go to the big petshop like a did for the last pet Portrait challenge, but it's too far away to get to after school (and not be stuck in traffic for three hours...) So, no entry from me. |

Yep. At least that's the best I can figure it. Poor dog. :(
One of the drawbacks of living by wolves. And one of the few times the dog would have better had I not 'saved' him from the shelter. No more pooches for JP. |

Hmmm. Romantic idea: maybe he joined the pack. Not so romantic idea: probably not. That's sad. On the other hand, it's the way of nature. Do you see wolves often? |

I hear the wolves a lot, a-howling the night away. I did run into one when I was jogging down my road.
As to Bobby Boucher (my pooch) - I would take him and my brother's dog for runs down the logging / orv roads, back in the sticks. Many wolves back there. I was running with the pooches, they got ahead of me and that was the last I saw of them. I put on 400 miles looking for them, a week later I found my brother's dog (Mandy) alive and some the worse for wear, but no sign of Bobby.
One of two things happened as the dogs were out there:
1) As the two dogs were running away from the wolves Mandy nipped Bobby's leg, literally throwing him to the wolves to save herself.
2) The wolves, astounded at the supreme stupidity of Bobby (he wasn't a smart dog but he was a good dog) adopted him. He now reigns supreme over the wolves. |

That would be nice. I'm sorry about Bobby. |

I sometimes wish we didn't have any pets. Especially when one of our dogs decides she needs to go outside at 2 AM or if our cat decides that he is going to bed down on my pillow just as I am getting ready to go to sleep, (which is just about every night) and Hair Balls could certainly go with out those.
I am sure I would miss them if they were not around though. One of them was nice enough to pose pretty for me the other night so I am in the pet challenge.
