| Hey everybody! I have only entered one challenge myself since becoming a member, but I hang out here pretty frequently and have learned so much from others by studying their images and taking advantage of all of the knowledge that's shared in the forums. I would love to give back a little by offering a gift membership to someone who couldn't otherwise afford it and who shows a lot of promise in their photography. I have no one in mind, and would like to have some names posted here or PM'd to me. I'll decide within a couple of days and post the name of the recipient here. Erin :) |

Erin that's wonderfully generous of you, I'd love to be a member but...ummmm...I'm not sure that my photography shows a lot of potential at the moment.
I had a look at your folio though and you have some beautiful images, I hope we'll be seeing more of you in the challenges. |

I believe Bobbie  Wildcard would be a good choice for membership.

I really appreciate your nomination, but I think that I should pull myself out of the running- The gift membership is for one who couldn't otherwise afford it, and that's a category that I don't qualify for. I'm just too busy to spend enough time on challenges to merit a membership (College is very time consuming).
I would like to nominate  Zigomar instead

Yes...good idea... I think I'll wrap this up now. And since I'm terrible at having to make decisions like this, I've decided to go ahead and offer gift memberships to both of the two remaining people nominated in this forum- Wildcard and Zigomar,
and the two nominations that I received via PM's-  piaffe529
and kawana. Now, that feels so much nicer than having to choose just one and I'm so happy to be able to do it. Maybe someone could let me know how to go about getting these memberships underway, otherwise I'll figure it all out in the morning. Goodnight all.

| Could someone explain to me the process of getting gift memberships to specific people? I've figured out what I need to do to pay for the memberships, but not how they will be directed to the recipients. Thanks! |
