OMG...now I'm 124th and in the 64th percentile! Peter I liked your "meeting of minds" I was trying to shoot my two dogs yesterday for the pet portrait: a very old 12 year old and a 10 week old...lots of fangs and aggro ears...hysterical... but I've decided to drop that idea. It was a case of an Unmeeting of minds.

But seriously...I'm feeling a bit pleased with myself at this point because in my voting for Diagonals I cast "Sweeping the Rain" as a blue, "Chilly" as 2nd and "Stair's Stare" as third...pretty accurate...but why can't I be accurate in predicting my own placement??:)

That's not too hard to predict since those three people have already accounted for a combined total of 54 ribbons and 23 honorable mentions.

Yes, but she did it without knowing that. I can honestly say that I have never- ever- managed to even pick out one of the top 3 finishers. Most of the time I am lucky to get 1 of the top ten.

I voted two 10's for red and blue in Light on White, and I think a 9 on the yellow. ;)

He, he, I'm just about as bad as you are there. I keep picking the wrong ones :))) I guess people have different ways to look at stuff.

I think Ursula should be DQed.

I blew a perfectly good opportunity to go on a photo safari with her when she was in Utah and I'm still ticked at myself about that. I don't want to be reminded about that.

Is that sufficient grounds for DQ?

Oh, no... not you. Just the pictures. Every time I see one on the front page I'm reminded I missed that opportunity to take pictures with you. That just bugs me!

But that leaves us hope that you are! And we know how persuasive you can be!

Oh, I like hugs. I'm not sure about the tree though. Although this looks like something slightly different than a "hug", and, yes, I'm very old-fashioned :))))

I like to sit in a tree with Ron (my husband) and do that :)))

Well, maybe we can put together a safari in Oregon. I love Oregon. And it only takes me a days drive to get to Portland.
