Greetings and Salutations, my name is Mike and I am a relatively new member. I just entered my first challenge (BOND) recently. I really wanted to enter life or death, but due to work adjustments ran short on time. I could have just shot something theme related and entered it, but am afraid to do so. Should I have just shot anything? Or is it better to only enter things you really want to enter?
Thanks
Mike

dpc first, work second; you must alter your priorities.

Shoot until you're proud of your accomplishment - then submit. :)

LOL, you got that right. This place has a tendency to obliterate any sense of pride. It's more like: Submit & hope it isn't as bad as you think might be...
I'm wrestling with that right now. I have 2 hours to submit my half-baked idea to the Death challenge & I'm debating whether I can do it well (a half-baked idea done well is better than nothing at all!) |

Generally, it's better to go with nothing. Why aggravate yourself needlessly? It's a blue-moon (not literally) shot that'll do well enough to make you go.. "phew, glad I entered that shoehorn."
Stick to entering when you feel right about doing it. If you have to ask, "should I?".. then no.. you probably shouldn't.
