well my light on white is at 5.4, my diagonal is at 5.8 so i am a bit above avg but not super.
i submitted a lame bond and have a shot that is a funny death (oh yeah that is gonna score well at dpc, as my shot usually do not score well anyway...
enough whining i hope next week has better "jude" challanges!!!

lol jude, we kill me..LOL

i always laugh at ALL our entries...even when the score is agony. All my shots are 5.02 to 5.20 and i'm sure bond will be bout a 3...

LOL I'ma hafta park in the church not just visit to pray for forgiveness for thangs I thunk during these scores..LOL

Can't wait for rollover, am dying to check out what you girls have done for Bond! (not that I'd know whose is which, of course)

Strange things be happening with my current scores, they're actually going up! 5.86 now for LoW and Diagonal is 5.93 plus 2 favs!!

well my 'bond' first vote was a 5 and downhill from there..sittin on 4.8 after 8 votes....sorry...but I did know how this would go...lol

Thanks for your comment on my LoW Rina. I spent most of the week trying to work out what my first commenter was talking about (have asked them to clarify!). Found this whole challenge very frustrating and whilst I never expect flower shots to do that well I'd be able to handle the scores better if people took the time to formulate helpful comments (not getting at you ladies, all your comments are greatly appreciated!). Anyway, moan over!

hanae, I'm glad I was able to help. It was just a mis-communication of sorts. It is all worked out now, and the original has been recieved. It was validated.

notice we didn't have QUIET the frustration level when we shot images for "us" lol... gotta love it. I joined DPC to get better and to get critiques that would HELP me take/make/process better pics, sometimes that happens and sometimes not. Think when/IF I ever get out of the 4.5-5.5 no comment, mediocre zone it'll be a good thing. I understand where voters feel...not bad but not good, average and not much to say about it. Even the voters that just saw, "came,saw,left" I enjoy knowing they voted. Wouldn't it be nice if every shot was like a critique club shot? Heck I just wish I had time to learn lighting better and lived somewhere I could take photography classes in person.

soooooooo, pictures 'repete themselves endlessly and without any meaning"????? I've heard the phrase "a rose, is a rose, is a rose" all my life, always took it to mean things are simply what they appear to be and things are sometimes more than they appear to be. Oh lord, I know I didn't just TRY to figure out what comment meant...whaps talj for even inserting this "repeat" into my head.

LOL...like taking a picture of "food for thought" eh?
