Ok, winter is here and I'm looking for something to protect my camera and lens in the snow while allowing me to keep shooting. Anyone got any suggestions, experiences, etc?

Cheaper the better as always.

Thanks

Ziploc bag with a hole cut at the bottom for the lens to poke out through.

If you want something more specific that provides a little better protection try a Kata Elements Cover. They run $39 and $49 depneding on size.
