oh i have two ideas to shoot on sunday for light on white!!! not sure if they will do any better than my shots this week at 5.2ish.... but at least i have a plan!
lots of leftover turkey here too(i cooked a cuban turkey recipe), and tomorrow we go to the mountains to the ski resort my son works at (copper mtn) to take him out to dinner as he had to work on turkey day.

then i will shoot on sunday after my middle daughter flies back to college in new mexico. never dull here in colorado.

Looks like things are pretty busy at your house Jude! :o)

I haven't had chance to reshoot my light on white so will have a go at editing it later. I hope to get a shot for diagonal tomorrow too :o)

Very bad leg today, my new painkillers aren't doing the trick so just gonna take it easy and chill out in front of the TV tonight....all I need is someone to cook me dinner and I'd be happy :o)

Unexpectadly stumbled accross an opportunity to shoot a diagonal today. It won't score well but I like it so maybe I'll post it anyway (my apologies to my average! :) I guess I have all my eggs in one basket for the team with my light on white. Here's hopin'!

Well ladies - let me tell you that Aimee has a rockin' image at the moment for light on white. Of course it might mysteriously have a bright purple background just before it goes up for voting, but I wouldn't know anything about that.

got my light on white in. it is very dpcish so i hope it will score well. go for a fun diagonal i need to put my thinking cap on!

Got my light on white in too but its pretty poor, sorry ladies :o(

I've been watning to do something particular for light on white, and just couldn't find "the" prop I needed. then, viola, I found it in my Sunday S chool class this mornign at church. :) I will shoot and enter tonight. Hope it goes well.

I have an idea for diagonal, just don't know if i can pull it off successfully, or not . ..

Hi guys

I've got my light on white entry in. It's nice but I'm not sure how it will go over with voters. Haven't got around to shooting for diagonal yet as I had a ridiculous fall yesterday and hit my back against some steps. I'm ok, just bruised shoulder blades and ribs (and ego). Hopefully the meds will see me up and about in time for the open challenge.

I'm a bit sleepy at the moment, so will catch up again tomorrow.

Well I guess it's a capital CRAP for me! Woke up to a 4 this morning. Up to 5.2 now. As it turns out, the look that I was going for (and got - pretty much straight from the camera by messing w/ aperature) looks too overprocessed and neat imaged to people and I'm getting slammed - D'oh! Sorry girls. I think my diagonal will beat a 5.2 but not sure by how much.

Just more confirmation that I am clueless about how a shot will score on DPC! :( Oh well...wacha gonna do?! Still learning.

Geez, went to bed with a 6.4, woke up with 5.5. It climbed to 5.7 only to drop to 5.6 with the last vote. It's making me nauseous.

Judging by the scores thread, there aren't many who are doing well. Are all the members is a pissy mood or something??
