hanae--I looked at some of your pictures yesterday. You do great!! You just keep taking pictures, okay?
I have a good score in bw (above my average, yea!!) and what is a really good score for me in spots.
We posted a 5.8ish average in week one. NOT bad at all. This week, we are up against what I feel will be THE team in wpl3 this season (their week one average was insane -- over 7), so whatever we do, let's just enjoy it.

Hi Ladies,
Sorry for my absense at the moment, I hope to be back in the swing of things towards the end of next week.
I am also going to try and enter a challenge this week but will let you know if I don't get chance.

omg omg omg omg omg.... I can't hold it in any longer! My headwear is looking to be my new personal best!!! Can you tell I'm excited? omg omg omg this is the first time my score has sustained well even against some lowballers! Don't think it'll ribbon but maybe, just maybe, we'll give Team 5D a run for their money!
I'm still hovering around the 6 in b&w too btw... happy happy joy joy!

BIG BIG hugs sent to Hanae. I left some comments on your shots and meant to send you a personal email today but the weather was CRAZY here, power went out SEVERAL times at school and kids were very high strung from the bad weather and then internet went down so I didn't. I love your work and see that wonderful personality you have written all over your work. Keep at it, you can tell you love photography. I applaude you :-)
Rinac..wooooooohoooooooo :-) I soooooooooo hope you ribbon :-)congrats.
My B/W is staying around 5.96...so hope I bust a 6.0 by challenge end that stays there. Spots is my typical 4ish. I knew I shoulda pulled it and should have followed my gut instinct.
Karmat and Jfwolpert, I love LOTS of your photographs and admire you greatly.
I couldn't be more proud to be part of this team!!!! :-)

I don't have a personal best going in headwear but I may have a new top seven pic on my profile. It's still too early to tell...anything can happen. Still fluctuating quite a bit. Go Femme's!

My spots entry is down a touch from its high yesterday, but it still well above my average. Win or lose this week, I think we've done GREAT!
Now, to shoot for next week. I have a shot for postcard, but if it snows tonight or tomorrow like they say it might, I've got ideas for another postcard and perspective. :) |

I like to try to shoot two just because I have a really hard time telling how well or poorly a pic might do so two hedges the bet a bit. Not sure if two will happen this week though.

OK I've got one posted for the year I was born. I probably won't get to postcard - only have partial ideas & am just not motivated for some reason. I think my "year" one is sort of cool though...hopefully the voters think so! Good luck sisters! We'll knock 'em dead!
