Neko ... King of the house .. he's not an outside cat at all, just posing quickly for this shot. Natural light is the only way to capture all his colors properly.

Warning: emotional content...
So here's my story. This is Rompy
We got him November last year. For Christmas, my boyfriend got me my first digital camera. I was not nearly as "skilled" as a photographer then :) so these photos that follow are not my best work!
In May of this year, we find out he has this disease called FIP, and it's terminal. On June 28th, we had to put him to sleep. My boyfriend and I were crushed. He was sooo cool and just the best kitty ever.
A week later, I joined DPC and I asked Rob(boyfriend) what I should put as my username, and he suggested Rompy. I thought it was a great idea, so here I am.
And here he is in all his glory!

Sharon,

That's so sad. :( It looks like Rompy had a happy life, although too short. He's soooo cute!!

Sorry for your loss.

My new dog (after 28 years of cats), Boss. 18 months old, cared for by neighbors rather than the owners. He comes home a week from tomorrow, once I have all the STUFF for dogdom!

Not actually our dog, but a very regular lodger and still a handful, but lovely.
