I'm hoping top 100 but guessing more like top 200. (Of course I could jinx myself and be below that too)

Well, We're still at 380, and I figure that I'll end up in the top 300. :) There are issues with my entry that I think make the shot, but I believe that they will also keep it well out of the top half.

I think i may have entered the wrong image going by the response I have recieved from my other image . 85 would be cool.

I'm shooting for top 80% ... I think the scores will be pretty high overall. Everyone likes B&W and everyone likes Free Studies... so, I'm guessing the Blue will be around 7.5.

I have a photo in that I like a lot, and for some reason I always seem to do ridiculously well in the ridiculously large challenges. Trying out some new pp tricks, so we'll see how this goes!

That shot is a solid ten from me - the one you entered must be a real killer.

I'm predicting a 6.213 for my shot - and that should be good enough for about 70th place (85th percentile) if there are 450+ photos. I agree with Leroy - a b/w free challenge should need at least 7.5 for the blue. There will be a lot of scores over 7 that arent even close to a ribbon.

cheers guys, it kinda makes me doubt my entry because I let my girlfriend pick it but the image posted was my gut instinct. Lets hope she has a sharper eye than me :)

Don't worry about the entry - the shot you posted is still a fine shot regardless of how your entry does. And in the scheme of things in DPC-voterland, one really never knows... it may have ended up middle of the pack but with a lot of great comments from talented folks here.

I predict mine will be lost in the middle somewhere. One of those shots that doesn't get many post-challenge views. But, I have a new goal to learn to do black & white, so I figured I would enter.

I'm going to get a 7.5 and the blue.... thats what my wife said (thats why I love her)
so I think I should get in the top 175 :)

aw, that is nice. My wife said, 4.6 and that she didn't like it.
