Is there a way that I can save or copy everything that is done in PhotoShop on an image so that it can be put into the details of the photo for challenges.

Should I leave it on Metadata or text file?

I do a text file. The screen shot is my work machine. I don't edit for challenges at work. But at home I have it on text file and I save it on the desktop.

You choose the location by selecting "choose".

For the text file, you specify the location in the preferences.
