If so, what did you think?
It was very helpful to me in more ways than one. I got to test both the 24-70 2.8 and the 24-105 4. Needless to say, I will be picking up the 24-70 this christmas. I also got to see the new printer I will be purchasing for the studio! so that is exciting.
I also found 2 new Album companies that I am going to be working with. One is from italy, they are named Graphistudio. Wow, just amazing work!
All in all, I had a great time there, and I definitely plan on attending next year as well. Though next year I will be taking one day's worth of workshops, and spend another day browsing the floor.

I wanted to go so bad I could taste it...
BUT.........
This is the MOST expensive time of the year to go to New York. You can't find a decent hotel room for under $350 a night (normally the same room in the summer goes for $195 a night). I figured by the time I spent $350 for a hotel, $350 for 2 train tickets round trip to New York and the subsequent other costs..Pfft..I could get my couple new lights from B&H :-D Woohoo!!
These guys need to schedule the expo before October 30th..:-( |
