Wow, great list! I can add one too:

Amvona

But for backdrops, use their Ebay store. They mark up their shipping quite a bit, but it's still a great deal. I got 3 really good muslin backdrops from them off of Ebay, and with shipping it was about $125. Considering what they cost directly from their site, that's a great deal.

I currently have a selection of terrrrible backdrops in my basement:

A faux football stadium on cavas.
A blue sky with a rainbow on canvas
A variety of "sunburst" designs...on canvas.

I think im going to pick up a 107" x 12yd seamless black paper tihs week though, cause I could actually find a use for that one.

Another possibility.

Have you tried to use "Chroma GreeeN" or "Chroma Blue" background paper, like they do for "Moving Pictures", and composite in the background of your choice?

How well does that work?

Also known as the "Green Screen".

Off The Wall doesn't exist anymore, though the website was an interesting read

Im thinking about it, but I wonder how much extra that adds to post processing.

In my experience the Chromas work with fairly simple compositions, but if you have a complicated composition, model with crazy hair, complicated clothing, etc., then the editing becomes more difficult. I've never preferred that method for that reason.
