This is a pretty cool little add on to FireFox. Tells you when Earthquakes happen all over the world and how big they are...in somewhat real time.

Well I live in Texas...it never shakes here...or at least not enough for me to tell.

I'm with BeeCee--I don't need a computer program to tell me when an tremor happens...I can just feel it.
Where I live, in southern California, over a couple of dozen earthquakes happen each week. Most of them are M2 or lower, so they are not noticeable to the mere mortals. Every week, the newspaper prints a plot map of all the previous weeks' seismic activities.

I know you can feel when an earthquake happens where you live...but can you feel it when it's on the other side of the world. That's where I think it is very interesting.

in Alaska we get as many as 100 a day...but you dont feel most of them as they are only around 1.0's

last night I experienced tremors and earthquakes, too.
...the bed was shaken |
