Photograph the entrance to something (A cab, a subdivision, an onramp, a home, a business, your throat, etc.) Allows for a good bit of creativity and everyone can easily find one.

Great idea.
Yes there will be many many pics of doorways but there is a potential for some really creative crapola here.

Love the idea...but (and in no way am I trying to be-little your idea cause I do like it)
I think it would probably cause less pre-challenge bickering (and not cause as many DNMC's) if it was just called doorways, cause every entrance INTO somewhere is an exit FROM somewhere. |

Sounds like you have almost written the description of a slightly modified version of the OPs post.
challenge: entrances and exits
Almost every entrance results from an exit, and every exit from an entrance. Your challenge is to creatively depict one or both in your image.
I like your idea. ;)
Edit:
No fotoman, those entrances are not allowed. ;)
