I'm still sorting out which one to enter for the freestudy. As soon as I find one to enter I find another that has potential. This could take a while. So far I've narrowed it down to 30 but haven't gone through all my images yet.

Ok, and where the hell is Nick? Did he get stuck in the London Airport?

Maybe he got lost this time instead of his luggage? Or he's just napping somewhere.

Yuh been busy processing and sorting through 40+GB of RAW files...Got it down to about 150 shots, 10 of which I would classify as my best shots ever...

You lucky dog. I still haven't tackled mine yet... My project for today was supposed to be sorting, but the water heater is leaking. ACK!

My next task is picking images for a slide show. I think I've cut it down to 400+ out of 3500.

The show part will happen after freestudy voting ends, Nov 8.

Every time Nick hit the shutter he took at least 3 or 4 images so I suspect he has about 6 - 7000 images to sort through.

Hey welcome back everyone. Sounds like you all had a great time. I haven't had much chance to go through your images yet but will in good time.

Nick, some nice shots there. The slide show was very good as well. Very appropriate music selection. ;o) But you should have used the antelope song.

Hey, that looks familiar. I didn't even think of the lighting challenge for any of my shots. I'll post my leopard shot (a little higher in the tree) when I get home.

After a days nap, it's time to hunt...

I didn't notice this when I took the picture but I like how the leopard mimics the shadow of the branch, and the branch itself (though fairly invisible).

Yeah... I rushed it, I could have picked a better shot, but I was still jet lagged. The day I submitted it, I went to bed at 10 PM!
