Bokeh is not exclusively dealing with out of focus circles of light. I think too many people see those circles and think "Ah! Bokeh..", its not going to be an easy task trying to convince some people otherwise..

Oh, and I though Scalvertimage was great, I loved the foreground bokeh, a few images in the challenge utilised this and it really looked good. (I think I commented on Scalverts as well about the FG)..
