I really like #1. Not a big fan of long exposure on water, but I make an exception here. This I like. Good composition.
LOVE #2!! Maybe just a bit more contrast to add that extra snap. Again, great composition.
Just my 2 cents. :)

I like number 2 because it shows more of the bridge than the other....if that's what you are going for??? i dont know...
number one is good too because of the compostition and the extra bit of contrast....
hope my 2 pennies helps you |

I like the second one, because of the nice perspective of the bridge line... also great reflection and a feeling of a still, quiet life and transparent air with fleeting odours.
:) just my 2 kopeiks)) |

I pretty much agree with this one regarding #1, but I prefer #1 over #2. There are elements of each that I like. I like the composition of photo 1 best, but I wish it was a faster shutter so that the water wasn't so fluffy. I'm not a huge fan of long exposures on water unless it's on a waterfall. I like the clear reflections and moving water of a stream like you have in photo #2.
So, my vote is for #1.
Both are very nice shots.
