That's right- a challenge with a long exposure that portrays a ghostly image (by someone entering and exiting the frame). Could get very creative and it is in time for halloween. It actually would be a good lesson and study in very low light photography.

How about just: "a challenge that portrays a ghostly image." I don't like all the restrictions.
