I purchased a Intuos3 Wacom Table 9x12 less than 6 months ago and it stopped working this week. I called B&H and they told me I had to call Wacom. I did and they said I had a two year warranty and gave me an RMA number and told me to send it UPS. The problem is I'm in GA and the Wacom facility is Vancouver, WA. and regular ground shipping was $15.00 with insurance and UPS told me it would take a week to get there. I could of sent it overnight if I wanted to pay $104.00 (yea right!).

Now I feel lost without my tablet. I have come to enjoy editing with it and the mouse just isn't the same and I'm looking at at least a three week turn around because wacom sends the item back the same way you ship it.

I was a little flustered having to pay the shipping. Why can't they do like Canon and send you a prepaid shipping label? Oh well!

Don't count out the USPS, some items are cheaper to send US Priority Mail than they are to send UPS. It's worth a look.

I have already shipped it. Wacom requested it shipped via UPS. I wanted to use USPS. But didn't have a choice.
