Manfrotto has $25 rebates on tripod-ballhead combos at B&H. I just ordered a 3021BPro with a 488RC2 MiDi head. $233 after rebate. Rebates are on aluminum and composite stands.

No ballhead it doesn't have to be a ball head :-P. My fault. I guess I should've said tripod-head combos. They had 3-way heads on some of them. There was 18 pages of combos with rebates. It was cheaper to buy the combo than separate. With money I saved and the rebate, I went with a pricier head.
