My Sept. Free Study entry was taken at the Milwaukee Zoo while I was there for my company picnic (I live in Florida - my company HQ is in Milwaukee). I spent about 10hrs and took over 400 shots during the course of the day. My ring-tailed lemur was one of my favorites after editing so became my free study entry, but I have all these other photos that I also wanted to share.

It was a perfect day for the zoo. The weather was cool and a bit overcast, but I think the cooler temps made the animals more active. Rarely have I been to a zoo and been able to see most of my subjects out and about.

Plenty of photos to choose from so I will comment 1-4-1 to any kind soul who would like to leave their thoughts, suggestions, ideas etc...on any of the following:

Thanks in advance to everyone for looking and for any comments received. I will do my best to return the favor in a timely manner!

Cool! I was just at the Milwaukee Zoo a few weeks ago! I can't comment right now, but I'll try and swing back by to leave you a few later!

Left a handful of comments - dont need any in return. Alot of nice shots here but many are hurting with either softness or noise. I understand the struggles of shooting through glass or in indoor zoo situations. It can be a struggle to get the lighting right along with crisp images.
