I've not been too bothered by dust on my dSLRs, but my 30D seems to be one of those rare ones that attracts dust and the dust just won't blow off with a bulb blower.

Over the years I've heard about the various methods of cleaning, but haven't had to do anything about it myself. Until now. I got fed up with the dust on my 30D and so I seached a bit and got this: //www.copperhillimages.com/shopping/pgm-more_information.php?id=4

It's a brush that works very very very well and is easy as pie to use. I also got the liquid, pec pads and applicator just in case. Arrived in 2 days, with a toy for my kids too (slinky).

There are alternative sources for this or similar products, and some cost 10 times as much but don't perform any better.

If you've been bothered by dust, you don't to be. The brush alone is only $25 with free shipping. I used my bulb blower to "charge" the brush and it worked, like magic!

So what is the big difference between this brush and the very expensive ones?

There was a web page i read but didn't bookmark that explained how to 'make' your own brush - the type of bristle to buy a the art store (for like $3) and how to clean it and test that it is clean. had i been able to find the article i would havel likely gone that route.

The expensive brush folks want what, $100 for their brush and now offer like 10 sizes. they don't recomend pec pads anymore either, instead selling a swab thingy at $4+ per use!
