Brightness looks ok to me, but Mr Jaundice there has some other issues to worry about. |

Updating the Gallery
. . .
PS: Please send me a PM about the lighting in this photos. I'm suspecting about a bad calibration on my monitor. Thanks in advance. |

The collection for easier viewing:
Besides the backgrounds, a lot of smaller details were edited as well,
such as tones, eyes, skin smoothing on the ladies, lips, tie ;) etc.
All would actually benefit from a tighter crop as well, with a bit
off the top and right sides, but left them as sized.

I thank you for the project, as since it started, I have learned how to lay down a radial gradient, then free transform it to a vignette, then blend adjustments and erasing back the person to the background layer to acheive the backlit look. |
Whoa! Good point there, Brad. You've done a great amount of work on these portraits, as have others. I have to boycott putting my face on Brian's pics until he gives something back to the community here. :)
...Avg Vote Cast: 3.4 ??? Quite the harsh critic. |

Hello - this thing on?
Was this a "I'll drop my pics off, fix 'em for me please, and I'll bolt when you're done with them" thread? |

And I stole a perfectly good backlighting idea for nothing, nothing I tell you! :P

Did someone remember to pick up his dry cleaning? I can't do it, I'm taking his dog to the groomer, dropping his kids off at soccer practice, then writing a sales proposal he needs by Monday. |

Y'all notice I dropped out of this one early on? My "used & abused" receptors don't need any more overloading...

Brian?
I need to make some room in my portfolio and these are taking up far too much space, plus
never heard back, so I'm left with the assumption I was correct in my quoted statement above.
They be history after tonight. |
