Kind of inspired by pesinn's 'tiled patterns' suggestion, but this would be a photo intended to be a computer wallpaper - after all, we all have computers, don't we?

Interesting. It would constrain the aspect ratio, and other than that try to be the kind of thing we'd want to stare at for weeks every time we booted our computer. With perhaps, in my case, a bias towards something unbusy enough on one edge to line up some icons on it. :->
