We did some holiday photo shoots and gave the customers the files on CD to do with them as they please. Now some people are having problems printing the photos as they look too professional. Does anyone have some good text for a photo release so they can print the images?

I wrote one for Walmart once. It went something like:
I [my name] hereby grant [their name] authority and permission to replicate [said] images of themselves.
Then I signed it. I think it was on letterhead too... Only thing about the above statement is that there are no restrictions on what they can print or for how long, etc... It didn't matter to me at the time, though... |
