If you have a full height portrait of someone, would cloning out a watch and bracelet be violating a major element? Obviously they are small in relation to the entire shot, but they are clearly there.

My *guess* would be that most of SC would find that this is ok... BUT I'd probably not want to say that for sure without knowing how prominent a role it plays in the shot. I'm one of the SC folks who tends to get bent out of shape about alterations like this :) |

Yeah, it's not the size that matters, but the prominence. If the watch is screaming out at you with reflected light, then you're probably asking for trouble. If it's just "there" as an incidental accessory that doesn't call attention to itself, then you're probably fine. |
