i would shoot for $150/month in the off-peak months, and maybe drive it up when the traffic count goes up. if the demand is there, someone will pay it. and if not, that's when you negotiate, but aim high! :) something you could consider if you don't have to boards sold all the time, you could offer them to a public service client at a reduced rate or even for free, just for the publicity (it's always better to have something on the sign rather than nothing)... we offer this and we do it on pre-emptible terms, meaning that once a for-profit advertiser leases the sign, the other advertiser is bumped... temrs are stated on the contract. if you do this, you build some good rapport with the community, which won't hurt your business. :)
