i second the hairy armpits comment.
and for what it's worth, as a woman, i think the shots are pretty good!
my only suggestion would be this. . .the male model shots i tend to love the most are ones where the guy is doing something that comes natural to guys. even if it's lounging in a chair, there's something sexy about the way guys DO certain things. it's cliche, but think Abercrombie (and those pics appeal to BOTH men and women).
so, maybe if this guy has a hobby he enjoys, or plays sports. . .getting those kinds of shots would be nice. especially if he looks totally comfortable doing it.

707 is my favorite, yes a bearfoot on the beach type would work well with his outfit.
