I just joined the site and when I went to choose my camera I found it's not listed. My camera is a HP PhotoSmart 618. The site lists 612 and 620 among others but mine isn't there. I picked "other" and put it into the text field, only the site has decided I'm a vote-only member without a camera. It will give me the option to choose a camera but once again, my own isn't listed and this time there's no "other" option. Suggestions on what I should do would be appreciated.

Hi, Max! Guess at least *one* person joined because I plugged this place. :-> Welcome to the addiction.
On the topic, though, I wonder if it's because it's a British model? I know a british gentleman of my acquaintance (Mike Scott, Max) has a camera almost identical to mine, but with a slightly different button arrangement and a totally different model number. I looked it up later and that model is not purchasable in the USA, for no clearly-stated reason.

Are you sure the camera is not the HP PhotoSmart C618? That camera is listed.

Your camera request was only an hour old, so we hadn't gotten to it yet. It's been added (hence Terry's response).

Ah, I didn't realise that was how it worked - I thought I'd be listed as "other" and able to join in. That's a fast turn around time, so thanks and keep up the good work.
